Natural therapies encompass holistic healing principles combined with the healing power of nature to support your body's return to health, aim to prevent dis-ease and empower you to take greater control over their own health by addressing the underlying cause within the body that may impair health and vitality. Naturopaths are able to address acute and chronic illnesses and conditions. Through a combination of age-old knowledge with modern science to support you to address a variety of symptoms, using nutrition, vitamins and minerals, herbal teas and tinctures, and flower essences.
You will be given support and all the tools you need to set and achieve your personal health goals to increase your energy, mood, digestion and concentration.
Naturopathy
Initial consultation $150 / 60 minutes
Follow up consultations $90 / 30 minutes
A holistic approach promotes better digestion, energy, sleep, and mood.
In your initial consultation we will review all aspects of your health and well-being to create your health goals. This includes a detailed health assessment to be completed several days prior, to enable me to review it. I may request pathology testing, and consult with colleagues, as required.
During your initial follow-up consultation, held a week later, we go over your personalised treatment plan to improve your vitality, and empower you to increase your health and well-being.
Your next follow-up consultation is held two weeks later, and we will review your progress, celebrate your wins, and tweak your plan for optimal results. Follow-up consultations may include diet reviews, health checks, and test results.

Resonance Crystal healing™
$90 / 60 minutes
The human body has a complex vibrational energy system, the Resonance Crystal Healing™ technique involves placing specifically chosen crystals to help release blockages in the flow of the energy of your aura. Crystals carry a vibration that when laid on energy centres of your body (chakras), a direct flow of energy acts to restore balance and clear negative energy.
Blocked chakras are felt on three levels - mentally, emotionally, and physically. Crystals can be used as conduits for spiritual, emotional, and physical healing. They resonate closely with our own vibrational energies.
Crystals can be used for healing, protection, chakra opening and cleansing, physical and emotional well-being, and enhanced psychic awareness.
Resonance Crystal Healing Technique™ sessions are a non-invasive, clothes-on modality of energetic healing, and you can expect to have a brief history taken at your first session, then while you relax I will scan your chakras and choose crystals for you. I will provide reiki healing to balance your chakras. Afterwards, we will go over the crystals used, and you will be provided a list of the crystals used on each chakra, with further advice, if necessary. I often receive divine guidance during sessions, with these messages passed along to you.

Reiki
$90 / 60 minutes
Reiki is a form of energetic healing that works with the energy fields around the body (your aura) and involves the transfer of universal energy through the practitioner’s palms to the client. In your reiki healing session you can expect to have a brief history taken at your first session. While you relax I will complete a remote reiki healing session, to harmonise your etheric body, restore calm and promote wellbeing.

Aromatherapy

Essential oils are highly concentrated and are extracted from plants, flowers, trees, fruits, bark, grasses, and seeds with specific therapeutic, mental, physical, and emotional properties, which improve health and wellbeing.
There is an art to knowing which essential oils to use, and the most effective way to apply them.
When used in combination, the total effect is greater than the single oil use, with the inhaled aromas supporting your nervous system, hormones, and emotions. And, use your bloodstream for transport to various body systems to impart their effects.
At the start of your initial appointment, a brief medical history will be taken, with subsequent sessions including a case review. Aromatherapists take into account your mental, emotional, and physical state when choosing the essential oils and method of application that best suits your needs, lifestyle, and budget.
