Payment Data:
If you purchase an Empowering Vitality product or service, we collect certain data about your purchase as necessary to process your request. You must provide certain payment and billing data directly to our third-party payment processing partners, including your name, credit card number, security code, expiration date, billing address, and postcode.
Payment terms:
All consultations are to be booked through our website. You will need to fill out our intake forms and provide payment in advance for your first appointment. This shows your dedication to making a change in your lifestyle and caring for your health. Payment can be made by direct electronic fund transfer (preferred), or credit card, using Stripe. Local clients, and elderly clients without internet access are welcome to book with me directly, either in person or over the phone. Subsequent appointments are paid in advance at the time of booking for online calls. Payment plans are available for some programs. All payments are handled through Stripe or direct bank transfer. If you have any questions about the security of these payment providers, please consult their security policies.
Returns:
If you have purchased practitioner-only products from me, the products may be returned unopened and undamaged for a refund. I do not offer any refund on digital or opened products. There is no refund on herbal products as these are prepared specifically for your individual needs, after you have agreed at the consultation that you are prepared to take them. For packages and programs, if your circumstances change and you can no longer effectively participate in the package or program, please contact me to discuss the situation. Any Stripe or other charges incurred in processing your payment or your refund will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
Email Information:
If you choose to receive email notifications from us, we collect your name and email address so that we can send you email communications about the requested information, products, and services.
Customer Support Information:
If you contact us (via email, phone, text, messaging platform, or through our social media channels), we may collect and store your name, email address, telephone number, the content of your message, information about your business and any other data you provide. Some website transactions may require us to telephone or text the customer. We will not contact you by telephone without your prior consent.

Some of the laboratories and service providers I work with are located overseas. We purge non-customer email subscribers who have not engaged with the Empowering Vitality’s email marketing communications after five years.
